The unit president issued the following invitation to the general public:

Dear Members and Friends,

Occasion: Prince William NAACP in partnership with the Pi Lambda Lambda chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. celebrate Juneteenth with a catered picnic.

Place:   Merchant’s Park; 3944 Cameron Street, Dumfries, VA 22026

Date:  Saturday, June 17, 2017

Time:  11am to 6 pm

NO CHARGE!!  The picnic is being catered by the Lazy Pig, so Brother’s all you have to do is come and get a plate!!

The picnic is open to all!!! Families, friends, significant others!!! Just come EAT THE FOOD!!!!

We can use some volunteers to help with setup at 9:00 am and a few to help serve the food in 1 hour shifts.

So come on out and don’t come alone.
