“The Prince William-Stafford County National Pan-Hellenic Council (PWSNPHC), in conjunction with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the League of Women Voters, is pleased to invite you to our nonpartisan Candidate Meet and Greet.

The first event will be held at the Chinn Park Library, 13065 Chinn Park Dr., Woodbridge, VA on May 16, 2019, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. This event is focused on the Neabsco, Occoquan, Potomac and Woodbridge Districts.

The agenda for the Candidate Meet and Greet is for Prince William County Citizens to communicate directly with incumbent officials and those who have declared their candidacy for elected office. This event will focus on the following positions: County Supervisors, Commonwealth’s Attorney, County Sheriff and School Board Members.

I ask that you share the details of this email with the members of your organization along with the Prince William County citizens you interact with on a daily basis. Lastly, I ask that you mark your calendar to spend some time at one or both of the meet and greets events in an effort to better understand the platform of the candidates asking for your vote!

Looking forward to seeing you!”
