Them we will have a BBQ to celebrate Juneteenth. This is a free community event, bring your family and lawn chairs to the celebration.

Please RSVP on Eventbrite before 06 June 2019 so we can get an accurate count of all planning to attend.  Note: We need volunteers to act as servers for one-hour shifts beginning at noon, so if you are willing to help, fill out the contact form at the bottom of the RSVP announcement and let us know.

Our National organization has challenged each branch to increase membership by 20% by March 15.  Specific paperwork must be in a few days earlier.

The Membership Committee has suggested we ask for your IMMEDIATE help on the project.  Here’s what you can do to help our “Each One , Reach One” task.  We believe we need about 80 more new members.  Please ask your friends and relatives if they are interested in joining.  If a special birthday is approaching, give the gift of membership to a friend or family member.  Memberships begin at the low price of $30 annually for a Regular Membership and $750 for a Silver Life Membership with payments of $75 over a 10-year period.  Other Life Memberships are available up to $2500 payable in $250 annual payments for 10 years. Also, youth membership fees for those 18 years old and under start at $10 annually.

WE CAN DO THIS WITH YOUR HELP.  Please click the blue Membership button on this page to register new members.  Our on-line procedure accepts credit card or PayPal payments. The deadline is  March 11, 2019.  If you have questions, please contact our Membership Committee Chair, Ms. M.A. Sargo, at 703-407-2054.
