Prince William NAACP in partnership with the Pi Lambda Lambda chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the other ‘Devine 9’ organizations conducted our annual Juneteenth event on June 16, 2018.
The celebration began with volunteers cleaning the Slave cemetery adjacent to the celebration site and was followed by a family styled community picnic.
The event was a big success thanks to the many supporters, volunteers, and guests who joined in the festivities.
